I noticed that many House Democrats in California are over 70: Lucille Roybal-Allard, Barbara Lee, Grace Napolitano, Doris Matsui, Zoe Lofgren, John Garamendi, Alan Lowenthal, and Anna Eshoo. I expect them to retire soon. Who might run to replace them?

Lee: Rob Bonta
Eshoo: Marc Berman
Napolitano: One of the Rubio sisters
Garamendi: Jim Frazier
Lowenthal: Patrick O’Donnell

What about Diedre Nguyen for Lowenthal? Or Lowenthal’s son Josh? Andre Quintero is prepared to run if Napolitano retires.

This would depend entirely on how the new districts end up looking.
