I've created a survey to ask the Atlasian left on their attitudes toward certain things. I did a similar thing last summer and it was a big success so I'd really appreciate it if everyone fills it out. It doesn't take long at all.

After a few days I'll post the results.

Take it right here!

Here's the 2019 version by the way

• no
• Green wouldn't be such a crackpot party if PSOL and T'Chenka weren't so involved in making it a Fed-aligned clusterf**k tbh, I'm glad I was able to jump ship while I still could
• We need to run someone for the House, preferably a new person. We have a pretty small bench compared to our overall registrations. We need to fix that
• Disappointed there is no question about how people will vote in the 2020 NZ election Sad Two ticks Labour!
• I actually nailed two of the possible candidates wow (also choosing between MB and Sestak will be very hard)
• I answered Q MB v Peri under duress! No idea how I'd vote
• the police question is off but i'd say they do more harm than good
Spoiler alert! Click Show to show the content.

• Goddamit, why'd you make me vote in all those primary scenarios?
• Pericles should not seek a third consecutive term
• Don)t take the primary selections too seriously. I don’t know the positions of any candidates, so I just went with the order I first spoke to them lol
• no u
• And Solid's goofy maps that have Sununu, Parsons losing and Dems winning IN gov are sensible? He doesnt even post on a regular basis, and tell us why his maps are goofy. He just posts NUT maps all over the place and never responds. Because he is Authoritarian
• Nothing much at this exact point in time
• Excluded meme picks from my 2020 election picks (both primary and general)
• The racism question is pretty dumb to be honest.

Also here are some of the most striking changes from last year:

Socialism
60.5% of respondents did not consider themselves socialists in 2019, but in 2020 that's reversed. It might be partly because of the wording. I just straight up asked whether or not someone was a socialist in 2019, but this time around I asked them to pick between socialism and capitalism.

Presidential Support
18 people were Warren supporters in 2019. In 2020 that number fell down to just 7. Keep in mind last year's survey was done when Warren was at her peak in the polls. Bernie Sanders went up by a bit - from 12 to 15, and Biden from 1 to 4.

Also interesting is that last year, only 71% of respondents said they had supported Hillary Clinton in 2016. This time around 89% support Biden - and that goes up to 94% when you add in the soft support or undecideds.

Guns
63% of poll respondents in 2019 supported a ban on assault weapons but in 2020 that number fell down to only 54%. I was surprised, for one, and figured it would be about the same or even a little higher.

I deleted it because Greens aren’t Labor affiliated.
