If I were the Palestinians, I would accept this as the beginning of land transfers for a peace deal, but definitely not as the final agreement. It’s a horrendous peace deal that says “You can have two legs and half an arm, but we need a spare arm and a half just in case.”

There's no reason to. Previous deals have been much better and improved over time. They would be better off waiting this out until the next administration.

After the election and subsequent annexations, if I were the Palestinian Authority, I would declare its support for a binational state (actually the position of the PLO from 1969-1988) and then dissolve.

I can't believe it, but I actually agree with you. Simple geography (not to mention the near-permanent inequality it would enshrine) makes any two-state solution a non-starter.
