It's always nice to meet someone else who didn't choose Charmander. I went with Squirtle, but the fact remains that the Charmander line is among the most overrated in the history of Pokemon, up there with the mascot itself, Pikachu!

Seriously, choosing Charmander was hard-mode for the upcoming gyms and faints from a single rock move when it becomes fully evolved. Why did everyone I know choose it over the turtle that eventually grew cannons out of its back? Or a venomous plant dinosaur? They added so many cooler dragon Pokemon eventually too!
