It is interesting that the US may have treatment protocols that are used in some places that are not approved elsewhere.
Given the topic, and mod sensitivity on this topic, posters should have their filters way up when posting, if they choose to post at all (there is no compelling need to post, I just thought the article was particularly informative in the cerebral Economist style).
If things seem to be going in a direction that is other than decorous and calm, I will lock the thread. I don't want to see a plethora or reports in the Mod Cave. Thank you.
