I have signed writs for a snap election for the Council. My reasoning in doing so was based on the amount of Councillors that have left the legislature, as well as Chancellor PSOL's resignation and the willingness I have heard of many candidates to run.

The elections will be held next weekend. I urge Councillors willing to run for re-election to declare, and all those candidates looking for a place to start or for a return to the political arena to run: I look forward to working with you in the Council!

I am open to any questions you might have. Thank you, and good day, Lincoln!

I question the need for snap elections, but I will gladly and proudly stand in them.

I support your decision, Governor.

I anticipate an enthusiastic and active Fourth Council.
