I discovered recently that 5 of the 7 Oklahoma Justices were appointed by Democratic governors (the only 2 Dem governors in the last 40 years). Somehow Brad Henry alone got 6 appointments.


Given that the GOP will almost certainly carve up the 5th to eliminate Kendra Horn in 2021, has the SC of OK shown any appetite to step in?
