In all seriousness, Rapinoe is 34 and would still be 34 on election day so...

That’s impossible.

Yep.  Her birthday is July 5, 1985, so she'll be 35 on both Election Day 2020 and Inauguration Day 2021.

Which day would be the decisive reference day?

I believe Inauguration Day, since the qualifications only apply when the term actually begins.  There is precedent for this with at least three Congressmen who were elected at age 24, but they turned 25 before Congress convened.

Ridiculous how many Americans are okay with unnaturally colored hair. This country is out of control. Just burn it down before the millennials get to put people in power.

Best take on this thread.

Nope, it should be reported for haircolorism.

Also, polls consistently show people approve of Lesbians more than Gays, I wonder why...

I'm not really gonna touch this can of worms, but there is a LONG history behind that. It's why I think Tammy Baldwin could work as VP but Pete Buttigieg probably could not win today.

Soccer is a British term as well.  It's a contraction of 'Association Football.'
Happy to see someone else knows this.

I didn't, and it's kind of interesting because I'm currently reading a novel set in England by an American author.  It has a character mention a soccer field, and I thought to myself "oh, that's wrong, he should call it a football field."  I guess the author is smarter than me. Smiley

Pretty disgusting that it's only a 1% lead.

You could pick a total and complete rando off the street and poll them as the dem nominee, and they would be at least within the margin of error with Trump.

Pretty much. Polarization works both ways.
