I haven't been this excited for great city of San Diego since the fans were storming down the voting booths to elect the Kandi Man as the starting big man in the All Star Game. Oh my goodness. This is an even greater feeling than the time I penned a letter to unpentant tyrant Donald Sterling telling him to resign in disgrace for how he ran this franchise into the ground - and he did. This has the potential to be the greatest Clippers team of all-time. Here. We. Go.

I see OC is now a Clippers fan. Totally shocking given he was rooting for the Warriors a few weeks back and last week was rooting for the Lakers.

Cousins is not a good signing for LA , the lack of spacing on the team will be a negative that can be easily exploited .

Look, everybody knows Los Angeles is big city Laker country. Clippers play with chips on their shoulders as second team, previously from great San Diego, but no 'ships. Clippers = Navy = San Diego. Great city for biking! All the fans are there from decades past. San Diego's team. Lakers fired Luke so Clippers w/o Sterling > SAC w Luke > Dubs > Lakers.

Kawhi is San Diego. Clips sign hometown ballers.

His username finally makes sense. This is the form he was born to take on.

Curry hasnt said anything. Cousins has gone to Lakers and all they did was resign Klay Thompson.  The dynasty is over, thats why I believe in the Clippers.

Thompson will be out all of next year most likely and the west is too stacked

My prediction for next year is

1. Clippers
2. Blazers(everyone is forgetting they made the WCF without Nurk and Lillard seperated his ribs in the WCF game 2)
3. Nuggets
4. Lakers
5. Rockets
6. Warriors
7. Jazz
8. Spurs

Curry is purposely not talking to media, which is a shame. No one other than LeBron, Jordan, and Curry has the communications skills to talk to media. He doesnt have a real power forward anymore,  other than Draymond Green. If he doesn't progress, he will be out, after nxt season

Top 4 in the West will be the Clippers, Jazz, Nuggets, and Trail Blazers in some order. That is a fun, fresh change of pace. 5-8 will have the Rockets, Lakers, and Warriors. Given that depth and star power, there could be A LOT of "upsets" starting Round 1.

Would love to see it but I still feel like the Blazers are a 50-win 6 seed. The West is just too stacked, and Nurkic will miss half the season.

I totally disagree , we won 53 last season and we are even better this season. Whiteside is a very good player and he will be a much better fit for Portland than he ever was for Miami .

Lakers seem good on paper but have terrible spacing and they will cost them and LeBron isn’t getting any younger and healthier . The Warriors won’t have Klay the entire next season and have absolutely no one who can replace him and the Rockets are gonna do worse next year as Chris Paul is gonna decline further and there is no way Harden can replicate the explosion he had last season .

The nuggets on the other hand can though get 2nd seed again

Westbrook traded to Rockets for Paul and Draft Picks

If this works the Rockets could be the favorites but the main question I have is if it could work as both Westbrook and Harden have pretty high usage  rates and both need to be the primary ball handlers .
So this could backfire as well
