South Carolina: Change Research, June 28-30, 2312 RV

Trump 54, Biden 38
Trump 54, Sanders 34
Trump 54, Harris 33
Trump 54, Booker 32

This is from 538, which provides the poll link https://www.changeresearch.com/south-carolina-poll-june-11-14-2019.  However, the link is to an older D primary poll, not these results.

South Carolina will be much closer than this, but still Safe R. Trump wins by 8-12 points.

54% is probably about what Trump gets. SC is pretty inelastic.

Maine: Biden +8

Atlas: Tossup, Maine is becoming a red state!

South Carolina: Trump +16

Atlas: No way he possibly does that well!

Nah, there is absolutely no reason to see SC becoming more D friendly. You have a large influx of white, conservative retirees, the last remaining yellow dogs democrats are dying, the black population is not growing very fast either, you don’t have a large globalized metro areas full of college educated people (like Atlanta).

Trump will likely win SC 57/42 or something like that.

Anyway, these numbers are not a good new for Cunningham

A few weeks after Biden said he could win SC against Trump. Now it's clearly impossible for a Democrat to win SC in 2020.
