You totally messed up your analysis, MODU. Senators vote individually for VP. It's in the Constitution.

Huh, I guess you're right.  I misread that on the gov site.  I must fix it!!!!!

I submitted a request.  I guess I'll check back there tomorrow.

I went back through, and the conclusion of the analysis is the same (due to the balanced split of the Senate), but just the method was wrong.  Only took two sentence to change.  Thanks again for catching that.

I just checked, and they have updated the site.  Pretty good turn around time by Reuters.
