I submitted a request.  I guess I'll check back there tomorrow.

I went back through, and the conclusion of the analysis is the same (due to the balanced split of the Senate), but just the method was wrong.  Only took two sentence to change.  Thanks again for catching that.

No problem. It would've made a difference if the Senate hadn't been even, but fortunately it is.

I just checked, and they have updated the site.  Pretty good turn around time by Reuters.
