Biden also dominates all of the top contenders in a one on one race:

Biden crashes everyone head-to-head.

When asked to pick as many the candidates as voters would consider supporting, 7 names are supported by least 20 percent of voters — Biden (62%), Sanders (42%), Harris (31%), Warren (30%), Buttigieg (25%), O’Rourke (23%), and Booker (21%).
Sander and Warren are muh, given their higher name recognition. Buttie is decent. Biden is strong, safe bet etc etc.

Is Echelon legit, though? They are not in 538's rating database?

They've been around for a few years, probably should be considered an (R) pollster.  They were established by Patrick Ruffini and Kristin Soltis Anderson.

I would think so....considering the debates haven't even started yet.
