Good evening, this will be a short statement. Today I have declared my candidacy for the Lincoln Senate seat. I believe we need to go further than what Maineiac has done for this region and Atlasia itself. In pushing these boundaries, I pledge that I will not designate myself to any political party, rather work with the people and with Senators to find a bipartisan solution to the problems we’re facing in this country. This campaign’s for the people, and with your help your voice can be heard on the stage.

Looking at the results right now, I think if the trend continues, Lincoln’s next Senator will be Comrade Funk. If that is the case, I would like to congratulate him on a well fought election, and I have no doubt he will serve the region well. As for me, I would like to announce that I have no intention to run in any election in the future. I have served the people to the best of my ability, and I feel it’s time for me to move on. For my departing words, I would like to urge all parties to field new candidates, people who haven’t ran for election before, and people who can bring change in this great country.
