When I lived in Sacramento, I did. Haven’t lived there since I turned 6 though.

I live in New Orleans which makes up the entirety of Orleans Parish, so yes.

Same situation applies for me. Several of our counties consist of one municipality.

Tough question... depends on how you define "county seat".

I live in the city-state of Berlin, which basically fulfills a triple role as a state, as a county, and as a municipality, although many of the municipal competences are devolved to the twelve boroughs. So, that would be a "yes", I guess.

However, if we're very strict about it both the state executive and the state legislature have their main seats in the borough of Mitte, while I'm living in the borough of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. So, that would be a "no".

No. I have in the past lived in the county seat, but most of my life has not. Indeed, I'm now living outside of any municipality.

No. The county seat of Platte County is Platte City; I still live in Kansas City, which extends into Platte County.

I voted the same way based on similar logic about Washington, D.C.

I have the county seat's mailing address, but I live just outside of the city limits.
