So it's pretty self-explanatory, but just to recap, this bill essentially provides regional agreement with the position of the State of Florida's Department of Environmental Protection in that there shall be no oil drilling in Everglades National Park. Furthermore, as it is important to help prevent red tide from resurfacing at such a harmful level, I inserted the extra funding so as to provide the State of Florida with some assistance in dealing with the problem and doing further research.
