Section 1: Title
This bill will be known as the Southern Disaster Relief Fund Act

Section 2: Provisions
A: The creation of the Disaster Relief fund will be hereby created for the Southern Region
I: The fund will be used for natural disasters and regional emergencies
II: The Governor of the South has the power to declare a regional emergency
III: Regional emergencies declared by the Governor can be overridden with 2/3’s support in the Southern Chamber of Delegates.
B: The Southern Disaster Relief Fund will hereby move $10.00 Billion Dollars from the discretionary budget to this program.
C: The Southern Disaster Relief fund’s chief purpose is to provide aid for a disaster or emergency within the Southern Region.
D: The money appropriated to the fund is limited at no less than $5.00 Billion dollars.

Section 3: Implementation
This will take effect immediately upon becoming law.
