At this point in time Tulsi by default because Sherrod isn't running and Tulsi is.

Sherrod will receive more votes in any contests he pursues. Gabbard may end up receiving more votes contingent on her contesting more states. (i.e. he may be on the ballot in 0 states while she goes for 50)

That's true.  As I said in the thread about Castro vs. Gabbard, Gabbard being "anti-establishment" means that she's more likely to stay in the race late, even after it's clear that she's not going to win.  So Brown could end up dropping out after New Hampshire or something, and Gabbard stays in, Gabbard ends up getting more votes nationally, even if Brown outperformed her in IA and NH and would have continued to do so if he'd stayed in the race.

Hopefully Brown, but I have a horrible feeling that Gabbard actually would.

Assuming he runs, Brown would get more votes in Ohio alone than Gabbard would nationally.

I think Gabbard would do  better easily. She is gonna surprise a lot of people. The establishment hates her though and would sink her nomination if she got close.

Brown on paper, and with a good start, but Gabbard might have a decent shot at NH and spring back with Nevada and The South....operative word: might.

If Brown runs, obviously him. But I doubt he will, and it seems most Democrats don't even want him to, for fear of losing a vulnerable Senate seat.
