So on NYE I got pretty drunk, and did what any normal drunk person would do: tried to get laid. I eventually started small talking with a cute guy, and I asked if he was from around here. He said he was from West Virginia. Because I'm a loser with no life, my mind immediately went to the Atlas Forum. But I played it cool. I asked where in West Virginia, and he said Huntington. I said "oh yeah, I know where that is!" He seemed shocked and I said "Yeah, in Cabell County, right?" and he said "Yeah, how did you know?" I said I passed through there a few times and also that I'm good with geography. I probably should've said "because I spend an unhealthy amount of time looking at election maps on US Election Atlas Dot Org Slash FORUM", but hindsight is 20/20 I guess. I asked how he liked Huntington, and he said it was boring and there were a lot of rednecks. A man after my heart indeed.

Anyway then we banged and went our separate ways. It was pretty amazing sex, though beer goggles may have played a part too. I may try to confirm or deny this theory by having a sober encore.

He did not look like that, and I didn't ask who he voted for. But he confirmed my stereotypes actually by saying Huntington was boring and full of rednecks. Wink

Jefferson is very neoliberal. It voted for Bush and then Obama and trended towards Obama.  Only #populist counties are the Kerry Mccain counties such as Logan which truly found Obama's policies very neoliberal and they were dissapointed because they wanted to vote for a black man.
