This is probably going to also be the 2020 president map in the state.
I do think Frederick votes D in 2020. The eastern shore is more unpredictable though. On one hand, you're gonna have lower- propensity Democratic voters, like black voters in Cambridge (Dorchester) turning out at higher rates in a presidential year. On the other, non-college whites might turn out at a higher rate, offsetting the higher Den turnout.
The Dem ceiling on the eastern shore is probably carrying Kent, Talbot, Dorchester, Somerset, and Wicomico.
