Can we have organizations that aren't establishment hack shills host the debates? CNN fed questions to Hillary last time, and MSNBC is even more hackish.

All of the debates should be hosted by the Young Turks and Secular Talk. Maybe an Infowars debate for good measure.

Nice straw man. The League of Women's Voters would certainly be a better choice than some corporate establishment hacks.

I'm sure Jimmy Dore and Cenk Uygur will be impartial and fair debate moderators.

Seconded. It shouldn't be controversial to demand that a nonpartisan organization oversee the debates.

How is the league of women voters nonpartisan rofl

It would be a fine choice for a Dem primary debate, though

Those guys get paid to host those shows. They are CORRUPTED by BIG PATREON.

I prefer a homeless hippie in Seattle who thinks Bush was responsible for 9/11 to host the debates.

I don't see how the major networks hosting is controversial in any way at all. They always have hosted them, and they are the ones with the resources to do so, like it or not. And can we stop with this nonsense that the debates are going to be rigged in any way, just like they weren't in 2016?

June is earlier than I'd like (I'd prefer the debates start in August like in 2015, just with more of them), but whatever.

I actually think a Democratic primary debate on Fox hosted by Sean Hannity would be a fantastic demonstration of how the candidates react to the dumb taking points and unfair criticisms they would face as President. It would be a lot more thought-provoking and valuable than a boring unbiased, non-partisan debate.

Who said that mainstream, traditional journalists can't dish out dumb talking points and unfair criticism as good as Hannity?
