Former U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill declared that she will run for Governor of Missouri against incumbent Republican Mike Parson. Who will win? Who will you vote for?

She did no such thing, stop spreading falsehoods.

I meant, hypothetically

McCaskill and Dems are probably done in MO. Unless, Kander runs

To be fair, Missouri could vote for a D governor. If deep-red Kansas can, then so can Missouri.

KS has a deeply unpopular incumbent, Roberts, MO had an unpopular incumbent, McCaskill. That's why the states vote differently

I'd prefer Nicole Galloway, personally. I like McCaskill, but she is probably too identified with the national Democratic Party to win a state like Missouri.

Yeah, agreed. I think Galloway would be a better candidate than McCaskill.

Do we know if Parson will run for a full term?

I think Claire is done. She had a long senate career and should do something else that's not lobbying.
