The question is as in the title. Who were the best statewide performing democrats, of any state, in 2018? How many won re-election with over 60% or 70% of the vote? Were there any who significantly outran the other Democratic candidates in their states?

Jesse White, Illinois SoS, did his usually BTFO, winning by 39 while other dems won by low to mid singles

Hector Balderas ran ahead of Grisham and Heinrich, and did way better in rurals. winning 61-33

not sure if this really counts, but Pete Franchot won by 43, by far more than any other Democrat in MD.

Klobouchar, ofc

Tom Miller won 77-23 against a liberterian. Fitzgerald won by 12.

Betty Yee is currently 65-35 for CA-Controller. Might go up slightly.

Democrat Nicole Galloway for MO Auditor. She won by six points.

Betty Yee is currently at 65% of the vote for reelection as Controller in California.

Tom Miller won reelection as Iowa Attorney General with 77% of the vote, but that's because his only opponent was a Libertarian.

Tom Wolf crushed Scott Wagner for PA Governor 57-41% and even came within 5 points of winning Westmoreland county.

She'll probably break through Hillary's 30 point "ceiling."

Tammy Baldwin's performance in comparison to the other statewide Dems was incredibly impressive. Ditto Klobuchar.

I believe so. Baldwin's predecessor, Herbert Kohl, routinely won reelection with over 60% of the vote, if I am not mistaken. This of course wasn't as great as that (given polarization), but her 55% vote-share is still relatively impressive.

I agree. Klobuchar's consistently run ahead of all other statewide Democrats in Minnesota throughout her three Senate elections.

ah nvm turns out im a bit wrong.
some row officer races have had a 15 point gap such as WISCONSIN AG in 2010 but still its the first presidential senate or governor race with this margin since 2008 so still not bad.
