This sh*t is getting just over the top at this point. This, an off duty cop murdering a black man in his own home and somehow the man was at fault, a jury finding that cop in Minnesota innocent after the dash cam showed the black guy was trying to be as calm as possible, and a 12 year old kid getting his head blown up by a cop and the cop is still found innocent. We’ve always had race relation issues but it really feels since Trayvon that we are speeding back to civil rights era bad
It hasn’t gotten worse between police and African Americans. It’s just that now we have the evidence to prove it thanks to widespread access to video recording and social media. Police have been doing this for forever and are only now beginning to face any scrutiny.
