Ryan is probably the most high-profile option right now. Maybe Sherrod, but I would say odds are against it, especially if he runs for President in 2020.

Odds are he will be Veep

Dems will not pull him out of his Senate seat for VP.

He has a weird obsession with Tim Ryan definitely becoming VP so I think he meant him lol.

Tim Ryan, and I will vote R against him. Of course Ryan could end up running for senate, forcing me to vote for Portman again (ugh) or even end up as the Democratic running mate in 2020 if the Democrats want to repeat the successful Romney/Ryan challenge that curbstomped Obama.

The reason Ryan hasn't run for higher office already is because he's been wanting to succeed Pelosi as Speaker.

Why would you vote R against him?

What's the point? If we can't win in a Dem Wave year how are we going to win it in 2022 which we don't even know about yet

If Trump wins re-election and becomes less popular than he is now.

But yeah, if Trump loses the Ohio Democratic Party might as well take a nap the entire election, because it isn't gonna happen.
