African american turnout Milwaukee and Detriot is up, but get swamped in the big T. Dems got the turnout they needed in Phila in 2016.

But the Philly suburbs would be even more Democratic I imagine.

But the Philly suburbs would be even more Democratic I imagine.

Also I feel like if rural whites in MI and WI aren't voting enough to give the states to Republicans, they probably won't be voting enough in PA either.
