Interested to hear what most here think. Most unions seem very quick to endorse Democrats, though of course that could be because they're more supportive of issues unions want.

Most union leaders have institutional ties to the Democrats, and not only that, but to corporate Democrats. Up until now, they are like abused wives who keep going back to their abuser. Union members, on the other hand, are not. Most mid level union organizers now are like shepards without a flock. They are still tied to the Democratic party machine when all the real energy is on the other side. It remains to be seen whether this will change, but probably not as the Republican party is still pretty hostile to unions despite Trump.

Honestly it doesn't matter one way or another. Endorsements in general, especially union endorsements, don't seem to matter as much as they may have in the past.
