New York City mayor Bill de Blasio was reelected in November 2017 for a second and final term, in a low-turnout, underwhelming election. de Blasio's second term is pretty underwhelming so far, and people are looking to 2021 when a new mayor will be elected.

My guess is Corey Johnson, Scott Stringer and Jimmy Van Bramer all run from City Council/Citywide officials.

If Letitia James loses next week in the primary for Attorney General she might jump in, and don't rule out a comeback bid for Joseph Crowley.
