Yep he's still at it in Oregon trying to win the Democratic Nomination. If he still believes he can win it, I think there's definatly something wrong with him.

My favorite part is the first sentence.

"Driving all over Oregon in a minivan, Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich is speaking day after day to anyone who will listen as he continues his quixotic pursuit of the Democratic nomination."

He doesn't honestly think that he can win.  He's just hoping to take some delegates to the convention.

He's like that last place baseball team still fighting it out.

He is finishing second in all of these primaries...not that it matters...

LOL! Have you seen Dave's primary map...all the primaries and caucuses after Dean and Edwards dropped out still give them leads over Kucinich! haha!

You know, that's a very good point.  Isn't he supposed to be doing his job?

Yep, he's full-bore loony alright. Went full-speed ahead right on over the edge a good while back, I'd say.

Driving around in Oregon - must've decided that would be a good spot for a vacation. Maybe he'll get headed north, head on up into Canada up in British Columbia, see Bigfoot, meet some nice aliens, and blast off. Never know.

But Kerry has it. I guess the wacko has to be from my state of Ohio. My mom mean't him once when she was little. He gave her a nail file with Kucinich on it! LOL

Funny, I always figured him for a man's man, if you know what I mean.  But yeah, he needs somebody, that's for sure.  Actually I respect his consistency.  He has positioned himself neatly on every issue, not moving toward the center to satisfy anyone, but sticking to his guns.  (well, sticking to his gun-control, as the case may be.)  You can't really say that about John Kerry or George Bush, right?  Even if you don't agree with him, he's not a flake or a flipper, he's a man of conviction, imho.

I agree with Angus. Kucinich is man of conviction. Primaries are his way to spread his views.

On the other hand he has his responsibilities toward his voters in Ohio.

As long as you're willing to the same about Pat Robertson...

Actually, Kucinich has flipped, most notably on abortion.

This is also a gem:

I think the guy's a real cracker, sorry.

I don't know about Pat Robertson quite so well, but I have said just about exactly the same thing about Roy Moore.  I have said that I respect his conviction and I think he is an honorable, if misguided, man.  I feel very much the same way about Dennis the Menace.

I group Robertson in with Sharpton and Liebermann.  People who wear their religion out on their sleeves like that won't get my vote.  But I do admire their forthright manner, convictions, and optimism.

give kucinich some credit.  unlike a democrat i wont mention, kucinich knows how he feels about the war in iraq, the death penalty, and the patriot act.
