Presidential exploratory committee Laki / Lechasseur

I announce the formation of a presidential exploratory committee. I don't know whether we will actually run. The first phase will be the exploring phase. We will use advisors to our campaign mainly for forming connections, making sure we stand strong when we announce, having a wide bunch of reserve vp candidates, platform discussion and general strategic advise. This by no means an endorsement for the campaign. Later next week, I'll announce the advisors. If you're interested in becoming an advisor, PM me. As this is no official announcement and there's no platform yet, this will be mainly a short announcement of the exploratory committee. Our goal is to offer a united viable alternative.

Timetable:
1 aug - 7 aug: appointment of advisors
8 aug - 22 aug: platform discussion
22 aug - 31 aug: concluding platform
1 sep - 7 sep: gathering of support among parties
8 - 15 sep: decision of whether we actually run
15 sep - end oct: campaigning

1. I don't run as of now.
2. Moving to Fremont were mainly party orders and was a strategic decision.
3. I cherish freedom. The freedom to act like you want without hurting anyone  is a freedom i will defend tirelessly.
4. There are rules on how often you can move from region to region. I've followed those rules without infracting one.

The only point you have is that I'm forming an exploratory committee whilst in the midst of running for house of representatives. This is mainly due to enthousiasm. Something that couldn't hurt and makes the board more active.

Yes i've discussed it with him, although we didn't go into details yet and he's admittely quite busy now. I've even offered him to be on the top of the ticket, but because of time issues, it's better that i'm the presidential candidate. We have plenty of time (one month and a half basically) for the exploration phase, partly the reason why I announced so early. I might announce the advisors soon, so we can start discussing the platform on discord and private message for non discord users. To broaden our appeal for a unity ticket, there will be plenty of advisors and i hope to present an extensive platform, which will be the groundwork of our run, a possible future run and/or if we ultimately decide to put forward a different ticket. Keep in mind I have to survive the green primary, will participate in the DA primary if they hold one, the federalist primary and maybe even the labor primary which i don't expect to win, but it all depends on the track we will take and the key message we put forward.

I appoint two advisors, ideally i was looking for 3 advisors but some have retreated after their initial pledge which is totally fine and while there were no obligations, it seems the initial step of uniting moderate feds, greens and DA has failed. A minor setback for our campaign, and at this point i give my exploratory committee to proceed in something bigger, 20%. I at least want to proceed telling that if we want to bring change and defeat Labor, we will have to compromise and set our egos aside. That's why I'm willing to step aside as the presidential candidate and make this exploratory commitee an exploratory committee for a unity candidate with a prepared platform and it should be the goal to lay connections for a future run. Battista minola 1616 (ind) and Andjey. (DA) are appointed as advisors and will together with lechasseur decide over the platform in the next 2-3 weeks.
