Either way, Melbourne should've been on top. We don't have an East Vancouver Tongue

It always sucks to be poor, Al.

I thought it was interesting that nearly all the best cities were in Canada or Australia, Hugette.

Is there a full list somewhere?  I'd be curious to see the raw data on top of their analysis of it.

Tell that to someone in East Vancouver

I stayed a night in East Vancouver once.  It was kind of weird; there was nothing immediately apparent that one should be afraid of there, but there was this air that something just wasn't right in that area.  Probably the most startling thing is crossing Main Street.  There is a very tangible difference just having crossed that street; once on the other side, everything immediately seems cleaner and less seedy, even though only mere feet away it seemed run-down.

Yeah, there are.  It is also a wonderful place to get shot by a junkie.
