MA-01: Berkshires, Springfield area, Amherst area, Greenfield area (D+17.88)

Plus Jamaica Plain, too, it looks like. I'm not sure how those all go together, but what's more questionable is how the rest of the city goes together.

You are right, to be proportional they should have 3, but 2 will suffice.
