Petition for a Southern (Jeffersonian?) Constitutional Convention.

As per the rules laid out in the South Region's constitution, 1/4 of Southern citizens and 3/4's of the legislature are required to call for a Con-Con. If we meet those requirements it will be up to the Governor to call the Convention and appoint the delegates.

I am getting the ball rolling here with a petition so that we may, among other things that arise from public comments or concerns;

- Examine and potentially change the structure of the Chamber of Delegates.
- Examine examine the wording and possibly change the way we recall office holders.
- Streamline how constitutional amendments happen.
- Enshrine the abolition of the income tax.
- Any other major changes that come about from a thorough look over of the Constitution.

I will call for the CoD to do it's part as well should there be sufficient support here.

Not sure if I am comfortable signing this while sitting as President, though I most certainly encourage the South and all the regions to pursue revitalization as necessary and my administration will support efforts where such is appropriate and helpful.

It is not the only reason for the convention , and if people feel strongly about that or any other issue they would encouraged to voice their opinions and have a say in the matter.
