And people say it's hyperbolic to call this administration evil or corrupt.

Does anybody want to take a stab at defending the fact that someone leading the largest health institute in the U.S. bought stake in a company that both is responsible for one of the largest health issues in the country and has knowingly lied about the health effects of their products? This is a combination of cartoon villainy and gross corruption that nobody will pay attention to because "muh State of the Union" or "muh Kennedy response".

Corruption just gravitates to Trump and the GOP

It literally isn't possible for them to even accidentally nominate ethical people

If someone is so idiotic as to openly take these kinds of investment positions after their appointment, they are probably too stupid to lead the department anyway.

This isn't even a new revelation that she has conflicts of interest. She has holdings in companies in several areas that should be obviously compromising to her position.

New CDC head faces questions about financial conflicts of interest

This article is from December. Why would Tom Price appoint someone to head the CDC who has to recuse herself from anything related to the most serious health issue in the country right now because of conflicts of interest? I have no idea how anybody can say with a straight face that this administration cares about the well being of poor or otherwise afflicted people in this country. Everybody should be outraged by this.
