Basically, what scenario would result in every state Trump won voting D and every state Clinton won voting R? And by the exact same margin that they did IRL. It can be any year or an alternate timeline, I'm just curious what you guys can come up with.

January 8, 1828: The Jacksonian faction of the Democratic-Republican Party that supported many of the old Jeffersonian principles, which the OTL's Democratic Party evolved from, chooses to name itself after the latter half of the party's name rather than after the former half of the party's name, becoming the Republican Party.

March 20, 1854: Anti-slavery activists, modernizers, ex-Whigs & ex-Free Soilers come together in the Northern states to found a party to become the principal opposition to the dominant Republican Party (OTL's Democratic Party) & the then-briefly popular Know Nothing Party: the Democratic Party.

November 8, 2016: The U.S. presidential election of 2016, the 58th quadrennial American presidential election, is held. In a surprise victory, the Democratic ticket of businessman Donald Trump & Indiana Governor Mike Pence defeats the Republican ticket of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton & U.S. Senator from Virginia Tim Kaine.

You'd probably need a POD as far back as Jackson as Bruce shows for this to occur. A "Liberal" Republican Party and a "Conservative" Democratic Party may also have occurred if say the Bourbon Democrats of the late 1800s hold onto the party going into the Progressive Era post-Alton Parker, while Theodore Roosevelt and his Progressive Republicans don't die off in the 1920s.
