DACA in exchange for permanently killing the diversity visa program and ending chain migration is an OK deal. Not the crappy bipartisan proposal though.

Why is anyone in congress still paying attention to Trump’s posturing? We all know he’ll just sign whichever deal gets passed and take credit for it.

Wait, does the bipartisan deal not include an end of the diversity visa program? I thought that was like item number two after DACA?

It just changes the fornula, largely to include el salvadoran refugees and then a smaller general lottery.
