After Former Senator John S. Mosby announced his leaving of the Senate to be a Journalist for the Richmond Examiner, four Candidates have appeared, all in their own Political Party for their own position.
First up, Sergeant and poet James Innes Randolph who is running on the Lee Confederate Ticket, stating that as a Sergeant for Lee, he actually aided Confederate forces on multiple battles and played a key role in the battle of Frederick, though that can be debated on.
Next, Corporal Joshua Williams is running for the Benjamin Confederate Party Ticket. This legendary Corporal had been shot at multiple times and having lead the 3rd Virginia Infantry, which held the crucial position on the Right Flank during the Battle of Martinsburg.
Then, we have Mayor Daniel Gray of Yorktown, a very popular member of the Newly created Conservative Party, this young man may be able to be one of the best politicians in Virginia due to how well Yorktown has preformed in the three years since electing him.
Finally, we have Lieutenant-General Alexander "Hawkeye" Christian Jackson. Son of the famous Stonewall Jackson and born in 1842, this young man proved himself in the battles of Louisville, Aloonta, and 3rd Harper's Ferry, is running on the Freedom Party Ticket much like his Father is. Due to his exceedingly Popular father, the young man, who received the nickname Hawkeye due to it being said that he had a key eye for detail as he was able to spot a sneaking division of union forces on the Confederate Left Flank at Aloonta and ambushed them, able to cut it off before quickly aiding in the battle and defeating Meade.
The race has now begun. The question is: Who'll win it?
