Apparently McMaster has been sending info to Soros, and Trump is going to try use Blackwater and Co to out-spy the spy agencies.  My historian friend is reminded of the end of the Roman Empire when the military became loyal to individuals instead of the state.  Hopefully it doesn't come to such a downfall.
