Good. The clean power plan was an evil, monstrous, unconstitutional power grab. Regardless of your policy preference,  its downright absurd that after failing to pass congress as a law, cap and trade could be implemented nationwide by EPA fiat.

Perhaps, but that would be completely unrelated to this decision. People who care this much about climate change already vote for the Democrats.
