2008 Montana Senate election was likely the most recent Senate election. The house could have had something more recent, like maybe WV-01 in 2010.

Pennsylvania's 9th, 2016. Art Halvorson challenged Bill Shuster from the right in the primary and after he lost, ran against him as the Democratic candidate.
