Rick Scott was also probably meeting with consultants here in Tallahassee while juggling the storm response, and Bill Nelson was out fundraising. Bad optics, but they do have jobs they want to earn/keep. I don't see anything wrong with either so long as it doesn't hinder the recovery efforts.
