State Senate/House District Maps

Are the state senate/house district election maps available for every state? I'm specifically looking for Virginia's House of Delegates election map, considering that its election is later this year. Ballotpedia has some data about the elections but it doesn't come with a district map, meaning that it's a bit annoying look at things from a geographic perspective.

If such a thing does exist on Atlas, do I have to pay for it?
