Donegal, by far.

Posh Singapore English accents as might be spoken by a Singaporean newscaster or English teacher are sometimes pretty good.

Aussie and Filipino accents are the worst. Sconnie accents are pretty terrible, too.

It's so easy to fall for a girl with a really nice Southern accent (so I guess I live in the right place)

I think German itself does not sound very nice at all (sorry, Germans!), but I think a pretty German girl speaking English with a German accent is VERY attractive ... thinking specifically of that chick from Man in the High Castle, LOL.  French, of course, too.

A lot of my friends love Australian accents but ... meh, I more think they're cool than particularly attractive.

As far as the US, I don't find accents to be particularly attractive in girls.  With no offense to the posters here (this is kind of a joke topic anyway, yeah?), NY and NJ accents are pretty unattractive in girls, as are various New England ones.  Southern accents are hit and miss.  And I'll fully admit that all of the girls who I met in college from the Chicago suburbs who sounded like they smoked eight packs a day and exaggerated their accents to emphasize that they were from Chicago whatever-the-hell-suburb turned me off of that accent, too (which is kind of ironic, given how I speak).

Overall: A Carribean accent

In the U.S.: Old school Southern drawl.

In the UK: Something Cornish methinks.

My one: upper-middle class southern English.

On a woman, French and US southern. Any girl with a southern accent makes me melt into a puddle. Purple heart

From my experience out of English speaking countries I find English (from the South of England) and US Southern accents very attractive on girls, and then from non Englsih speaking countries, French, German, Italian, Romanian (including Moldovan Romanian) and Russian are very attractive accents (again on girls).

Australian, followed by Caribbean.  I love women who have those accents.

Basically anything from the old country English, Scottish, Irish, or Aussie. French and Italian both are a close second.

This.

For those whose ears have not been graced with the Transatlantic accent, here's one of the few (modern day) people I have found to have a genuine Transatlantic accent:
