Probably somewhere in the UK that is NOT London because of the language.  North or eastern France, western Germany, the low countries and the Scandinavian countries would all be fine too.  Nowhere south of Bern or east of Vienna please.

What do you mean the language?
I didn't word that very well (ironic?).  I meant I'd pick some place in the UK 'cause they speak a language very close to mine....but I don't want to live near London, too many people and the govt hates cars.

Too difficult to think on a realistic wavelength. Have not thought about it.

Would rather do Asia (again)... I'd definitely live in Japan again - probably will eventually. And would not be against say 1-2 years in Korea or HKG or Sydney/Melbourne.

I would not really want to move to Germany or Hungary where my current employer has operations but would not mind a visit of several weeks for an experience.

It's hard to say as I've only visited England, France, Belgium and Netherlands so far in Europe.

Any German city but if I had to pick one, Hamburg.
