1. No. Look at or listen to some Koch-funded material to understand the general case; those guys explain it better than I could. Your request is like a request to explain why slavery is bad without referring to freedom. It's a bit bizarre. I guess one could do this in a purely utilitarian fashion.
2. Probably, but who really knows when? muon2 said I could reapply in a year if I'm banned, but he never explained how this would even be possible.

Generally that would involve contacting a user you know on the forum to forward a message for you, or finding a mod that has visible off-site contact details. However, in order to make use of that offer, you actually have to stop making socks during your time-out period.

I honestly didn't.  I didn't think Eharding would be able to resist making 30+ posts a day or hide his writing style or avoid overly dramatic confrontations with the mods.  Of course, psychopaths tend to do a good job covering themselves when the situation calls for it.

I can see that, especially the posts per day.

I just couldn't believe he would make a libertarian Michigan avatar and be so openly pro-Russia so soon after he was banned and expect nobody to bat an eye. As for the post count, I've heard that he's made multiple socks so I figured that was why his post count was relatively low.
