Terrible. Destroying internet freedom is the same as destroying any other type of freedom, and Erdogan has been doing it repeatedly, including blocking Facebook, Youtube and Twitter.
Note, according to Israeli websites, this comes two weeks after someone added the description "dictator" to Erdogan's Wikipedia page.
Authoritarians are so pathetically thin-skinned.

It's beyond time to remove Turkey from NATO and full-on cancel any talks of them joining the EU (which has been a lie for years now anyways).

Turkey are getting further away from meeting EU requirements by the day. It would require a major shift in Turkish politics for them to get into the EU now. May be a generation before Turkey can be realistically considered as a potential EU member again.
