King fits the bill, but I think their analysis might be a tad flawed. As I noted on the 2nd page (and as Bee's team noted as well; apparently a debate among them about it), there could be debate over the cafeteria issue. Somebody could have been elected in '08 and experienced Nancy's iron cafeteria fist regime before being freed to enjoy culinary delights under Boehner and Ryan. They wouldn't have necessarily needed to be there for the initial changing of the guard in '06 to believe the situation was f[inks]ed - especially relative to the post-2010 cafeteria.

High-risk move for King though (if it actually is him, but I believe it is). Now he's definitely going to be asked whether it was him where he can either:

a) Deny, with people actually KNOWING that it is him. Not a great option. Only Trump gets away with pathological obvious constant lying.

b) Admit it and feel the full fury of the deplorables which will almost certainly cost him his seat in november.

If it is Peter King, it is surprising because his district is basically a area of Trumpland. Working class white ethnic Northerners with changing demographics.

If it weren't for the "he", my mind would immediately jump to Marsha Blackburn, who's facing an unexpectedly close Senate race.

But... Peter King seems like a good guess, as he's got no credible opponent at the moment.

Marsha Blackburn, and 1 other Republican woman from Tennessee actually prefer to use the term "Congressman" for some reason, and that was the term used by the rant.
