The guy who did that left office.
Trump does that even more completely. Obama at least tried to get Republicans to hone his legislation (the norm before 2001, at least), but the opposition chose to reject it completely.
Your side is united in authoritarian lockstep. Our side gets nothing and has to live off the past.
When does "strong disapproval" become hatred? Your side loves to hoard guns and ammunition when a liberal is President -- that's just not our taste. Yet.
Well, the last line isn't even true. Liberals are increasingly buying
guns lately. Good for them!
But, President Trump has only been in office for a very short time. Polls and the aggregates of polls show that Barry was the most
divisive President in history, for years and years and years. At most, he might have talked a nice game on the occasional blue moon. But not really.
The only difference between then and now is the identity of the 'strong disapprovers'. The current batch of snowflakes thinks they are special as they belch, and go running wailing to the friendly media to cry about their ill fortune. Plenty of folks strongly disapproved of Barry too. They just had enough dignity to lose an election with a shred of honor and class.
Your side gets nothing and has to live off the past because you keep badly losing elections at all levels of government.
