Well yeah, because Zinke and co. are horribly unqualified for their jobs. However, the original question was specifically about filibustering--not that I have a problem with filibustering per se.

That's part of the whole joke, that it doesn't matter that Cruz being the Zodiac Killer is technically impossible. The joke is that he's so creepy and weird that he has to be the Zodiac Killer anyway.

He's obviously talking about Repeal of Obamacare which will cause a Gov't shutdown when the GOP tries to change it, obviously.

Latinos and poor people drive up medical cost by getting on medicaid, or elderly for medicare.  The best thing to hope for if the economy improves and marketplace insurance is purchased more instead of relying on medicaid.
