9. Vote fraud if he colluded with a foreign power to manipulate results of the 2016 Presidential election.

This is crazy. At no point were any results tampered with in this election, that needs to be stopped.

Votes don't need to be tampered with for election law to have been violated.

The so-called president doesn't seem to have any qualms about saying his election may have been illegitimate, so it's certainly fair grounds for investigation.

it does to claim voter fraud.

No elections systems were hacked.
No reports of voting systems tampered with.
No more than the usual voter fraud.
No reports of any major suppression.
No reports of any more than the usual campaign finance violations.

What election law was violated? In what state? People need to stop saying Russia tampered with the election, the election was clean.

Step 1 - Find out exactly what Flynn did.
Step 2 - Determine if President Trump had authorized him to do it
Step 3 - Implement adequate constitutional and legal actions, one of which may be impeachment

We are not even on Step 1.  Let's wait and see where this leads.....

You're trying too hard.

I don't even have to try. Constitutional battles with the courts, alleged religious discrimination, causing an international travel chaos, NSA chief resigning for illegal communications with the Russians, a botched Yemen raid, unauthorized Russian missile deployment .....all in the first 30 days!

You couldn't make this stuff up.

You need intent and willfully breaking the law. Incompetence is usually handled through elections, while willful violations get a far more serious hearing. The 1868 and 1974 impeachments involved deliberately breaking the law.

I'm not taking the 1998 impeachment seriously, since unlike 1974 and 1868 the president wasn't in danger of removal.
