The question is pretty simple. Whose supporters in the Democratic primary hate Donald Trump more, Hillary's or Bernie's?

No noticeable difference.

That one is easy.

Bernie was anti-establishment.

Hillary supporters.

Her campaign was pretty much "Vote for me so that Trump doesn't win".

Hillary supporters, because Trump is a total repudiation of their worldview.

For Bernie supporters, Trump is yet another sign of the decay of unregulated capitalism, as well as our political institutions.

Hillary supporters even before the lost. Ignoring the many Bernie voters who only voted for him because they couldnt vote for trump since it was not an open primary. Bernie voters on average would hate Trump less than Hillary supporters because of trump's popluist rhetoric and anti free trade stance.

I don't think there's a discernible difference, Democrats and left-leaning voters just flat out hate him across the board.

Hillary ones by far.

At least for Bernie supporters, there's a bit of an "I told you so" thing going on, and to the more optimistic ones, a hope that populism will open up a real voice for the little guy again. The loss has indeed reawakened a lot of energy that would've remained dormant before.

Isn't this obvious by now? Hillary supporters, because [some] Bernie supporters (paging jfern) hate Hillary more than Trump. To them, the fact that Trump is destroying the country pales in comparison to how fast Hillary would have destroyed it with her neoliberal corporatist hawkish policies. Heck, she would have already started three wars by now.

Bernie supporters easily because Trump only talks some decent left wing policies to gain votes.

He is an ultra right radical who is diametrically opposed to Bernie. On torture, Civil Rights, Marijuana, Death penalty, gay marriage, Tax breaks & every major issue, Bernie supporters are more opposed to Trump than Hillary supporters are.

For Hillary it was a personality battle & she & Donald were buddies. She opposed Trump because Trump was running against her & she wanted to win.

For Bernie people, Trump stands in the polar opposite of every major issue they support.

Clinton supporters, from what I've seen.  After the election they formed pray circles, healing circles, circle jerks, and protests.  They really had a let down in the general election.  On the other hand, we already experienced disappointment in the primaries and had four months to get over it before the general election.  We didn't protest much by comparison, but when we protested, it was against Clinton.  I can't say I hate Donald Trump, or Hillary Clinton, but I wouldn't want either of them to be president.

(most) Hillary supporters hate him because she lost and they're trying to feign intellectualism in order to seem superior.

(most) Bernie supporters hate him because he's, y'know, actually doing a lot of damage.

And instead of trying to stay focused on the issues and debate the merits of Trump as a candidate for President of the United States, they decided to plug their ears and go "racist! sexist! islamophobe!" any time someone said they supported him. Look how that turned out.

He's doing quantitatively more damage now.

i agree that it could have been politically more successful to point out matters of skill and capability but candidates FAR LESS flawed than trump regarding gaffes have killed GOP chances since years.

i think we can all agree that joe miller and todd akin and richard mourdock potentially would have been far "safer" picks than trump and all of them lost.

trump single-handedly changed the rules and now the social conservatives praise the guilty....Dems must adapt but i don't think anybody has forseen that the rural voters became cynical enough to accept everything.
